Shipping policy
1. Transportation Method
- International Express: DHL, FedEx, etc. Delivery in 3–7 working days, suitable for urgent or high-value items.
- Postal Service: International postal parcels. Delivery in 7–20 working days, suitable for small & light items.
- Special Line Logistics: Delivery in 10–15 working days, cost-effective.
2. Transportation Time
Estimated delivery time depends on shipping method, destination, and customs clearance, and can be viewed on the order page.
Delays may occur due to force majeure or customs issues; we will notify and assist you accordingly.
3. Transportation Cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, volume, destination, method, and order amount, and can be checked by entering your address in the shopping cart.
Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping by designated method.
Extra fees (oversize, overweight, remote areas, tariffs) are borne by the buyer and will be notified in advance.
4. Package Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email after shipment.
Logistics status can be checked on the courier’s official website or order page.
Logistics updates may be delayed. Please contact customer service promptly for any abnormalities.
5. Package Receipt
Please check the outer packaging upon signing.
If damaged or abnormal, note it on the spot, keep evidence, and contact customer service immediately.
Package received by an authorized person will be regarded as signed by you.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may apply for a return within 15 days of receipt, with items in original, unused condition.
- Returns not due to quality issues: buyer bears return shipping.
- Returns due to quality issues or wrong items: we cover shipping and refund full payment + original shipping fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items, to your original payment method. Arrival time varies by payment provider.
7. Special Instructions
- Customs Clearance: Buyer is responsible for destination customs clearance and taxes. Please check local policies before ordering.
- Product Restrictions: Comply with national laws and carrier regulations. Confirm transportability before ordering.
